摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the high sensitivity quantitative analysis of amino acid, by adding oxidase of amino acid to be measured to an aqueous solution of said amino acid to generate keto acid and H2O2 by dissolved O2 and, at the same time, adding dehydrogenase or amino group transferase acting on the formed keto acid and an amino acid donator thereto. CONSTITUTION:To an aqueous solution of amino acid to be measured, oxidase of said amino acid is added to generate keto acid and H2O2 by dissolved O2 of said aqueous amino acid solution. At the same time, dehydrogenase or amino group transferase acting on the formed keto acid and an amino group donator for donating an amino group to keto acid are added to said solution. By combining other one enzyme other than oxidase to return keto acid to the original amino acid as mentioned above, a fur large amount of O2 consumption or H2O2 formation is generated as compared with a system using only oxidase and, therefore, the quantitative analysis of amino acid can be conducted with good accuracy even in the quantitative analysis limit of amino acid of 1/100 or less based on a conventional one.
