PURPOSE:To realize an on-line inspection system with small hardware by running bodies to be inspected on a conveyance path intermittently at prescribed pitch and allowing a rack to make a traverse scanning when the run stops, and obtaining transmission data on the section of each body to be inspected by radiation projection in every direction and using it to reconstitute an image. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a position 10mm. before some body G to be inspected is observed, a rack 430 makes a traverse scanning during a stop period of a line 3 while exposing the objective body to a fan beam with a 6 deg. spread angle from an X-ray tube 1 at a vertical projection angle to the top surface of the line 3. Consequently, the rack 430 collects data of 180-174 deg. at intervals of 6/8 deg., and when the line 3 advances by 300mm., the position 10mm. before the body G comes to the position of a rack 429, so this rack 429 collects data of 174-168 deg.. Thus, data of 180-0 deg. are collected successively. |
