PURPOSE:To collect required data in a short time by providing a selecting circuit to a supervisory station and allowing water management information to be subjected to polling by items at each observing station. CONSTITUTION:A simultaneous all-station observing data command indication signal transmitted from a central supervising station 1' is inputted to selection circuits 14-1-14-n corresponding respectively to supervisory stations 2'-1- 2'-n, the said selection circuit selects each observied command, the selected observing command is transmitted through telemeters 12-1-12-n to a data observing station corresponding to the said observing command among data observing stations 15-1, 15-n, 16-1-16-n, Pn controlled by the supervisory station, and data polling is applied. When rainfall data is required at rainfall, the central supervisory station 1' transmits a command for collecting rainfall data to the corresponding supervisory station 2'-1. Thus, a selection circuit 14-1 of the supervisory station 2'-1 selects the observing command of rainfall data of the supervisory station 2'-1, the said observing command is transmitted through the corresponding telemeter 12 to the corresponding data observing 15-1-15-3 observing the rainfall data to attain data polling. |
