PURPOSE:To mold a decorative molding with a metallic foil in a unitary body with edge parts by a method wherein a metallic foil arranged in the hollow zone of the outer shape of a decorative molding is sucked and pushed to the wall surface of the hollow zone to charge the hollow zone with semifluidized high molecular material. CONSTITUTION:The molds 6, 7 are in an open state, the metallic foil 3 is arranged on the wall surface forming a group of small holes of the metallic mold 6 and when the vacuum pump 16 is driven and air is absorbed through the small holes 9, 9,... the metallic foil is supported on the wall surface. Sequentially, the molds 6, 7 are joined and compressed and the metallic foil 3 is fixed by elastic push pins 10, 10 firmly to the wall. In such a state, the high molecular material heated and semi-fluidized through the injected nozzle 13 and the material injection hole 12 is injected into the hollow zone 8 and the hollow zone is charged with the high molecular material. Therefore, the molded piece is taken from between the opened molds 6, 7. This makes a completed dressed molding. |
