PURPOSE:To stabilize quality and to improve working efficiency by using water or oil and air for a cooling medium of dies and controlling the respective supply time so that the dies can be finely adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A piping 5 on a cooling inlet side is connected to one end of a cooling hole 4 provided to a die and a piping 6 on a cooling outlet side is connected to the other end. The piping 5 is branched from the midway and an air tank 7 is connected to one branch pipe 5a and at the same time the 1st selector valve 9 which is controlled to open or shut by a timer 8 is provided on the upstream side of the tank 7. A water or oil tank 11 is connected to the other branch pipe 5b and the 2nd selector valve 13 which is controlled to open or shut by a timer 12 is provided on the upstream side of the tank 11. Only the 1st valve 13 is then opened to supply only the water or oil to the cooling hole 4 of the die and thereafter the 1st and 2nd valves 9, 13 are simultaneously opened to supply water or a mixture of oil and air to the hole 4. Only the 1st valve 9 is then opened to supply the air. |
