PURPOSE:To form an ink making apparatus ideal for making ink suited to inkjet recording, writing tools and the like by removing inorganic salts and heavy metal ion contained in a dye solution by membrane separation and ion exchange separation method. CONSTITUTION:A refining section 100 of a dye aqueous solution has a refining section 100A for removing inorganic salts by membrane separation and a refining section 100B for removing heavy metal ion by ion exchange separation. In other words, membrane separation is executed to remove inorganic salts contained in a dye solution while ion exchange separation is done to remove heavy metal ion therein and then, the refined dye solution is used to prepare an ink. This enables the formation of an ink with the quality ideal for use in inkjet recording and writing tools. |
