PURPOSE:To stabilize the operating properties by constituting a fixing member fixing the reservoir part and the fixing member fixing an outgoing electrode with the mutually independent separate members. CONSTITUTION:A reservoir part supporting body 25 in company with a thermal shield 26 and an outgoing electrode fixing base board 27 fixing the supporting part 10 of an outgoing electrode 9 are mutually independently connected to the high voltage introducing terminals 15-3 and 15-4 as well as to the terminals 15-1 and 15-2 on the common side. Thereby, the resevoir part 22 and the outgoing electrode 9 are insulated and separated from each other in the air so that the lowering of the electric resistance factor accompanying the temperature rise of an insulator is out of the question. Further, the introducing terminal insulators 14 are distant from the reservoir part 22 so that temperature rise is no question. |
