PURPOSE:To discriminate between power break and a defective transmission line by holding information regarding a supply voltage for a fixed time and measuring the time untile a monitor data is changed after the data regarding the condition of power supply voltages is changed. CONSTITUTION:At a data collecting section 1, the output of a power supplying circuit 2 is held in a circuit 3 for a fixed time and a monitor data generator 4 monitors the defective condition of a transmission line and data collecting device. Moreover, the power supplying condition and collected data A are transduced 5 to on optional level. A control circuit 6 controls the monitor data after a fixed time is elapsed since the power supply is broken. Power supply condition data, collected data, and monitor data are edited 7 and transmitted to a data processing section 10 through a transmitting circuit 8 and transmission line 9. The processing section 10 fatches the power supply condition data and measures the time until the monitor data is extinguished after the condition data is changed to the breaking condition to discriminate the defect in the data collecting section 1 or transmission line 9. |
