PURPOSE:To ensure the introduction of a linear material into a winding groove by providing a terminal plate at one end of a resin hollow bobbin and forming cutouts aligned in a line in an axis direction and plural flanges comprising projections for holding said cutouts in the predetermined intervals on the surface of the bobbin extended from said end and by passing the linear material through the cutouts to wind it in the winding grooves produced among the plural flanges successively with rotating the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A hollow bobbin 4 consisting of insulating resin is composed of a terminal plate 1 which is located at one end of the bobbin and on which plural terminal pins 2 are planted and plural flanges 5 connected to said plate. These flanges 5 are formed on a periphery of the bobbin 4 in the predetermined intervals and are provided with cutouts 7 aligned in an axis direction and projections 8 projecting on both sides of the cutouts. By this constitution, a linear material 9 from a winding machine is wound in a winding groove 6 produced among the flanges 5 through a guide nozzle 10 and then it is moved into a next winding groove 6 through the cutout 7. After the same process is repeated to complete the winding, the projections 8 are cut off. |
