PURPOSE:To obtain a positive type lithographic print plate having sufficient point reducing effect by providing an anodized film having a branched pore cross sectional structure on the surface of an aluminium plate subjected to a sand blasting and/or chemical etching treatment as needed. CONSTITUTION:An anodized film having a branched pore cross sectional structure is provided on the surface of an aluminium plate subjected to an etching treatment. The surface reflectivity of the aluminium plate after provided with the anodized film should preferably be 50% or less at absorption wave length (350-450nm) of ultraviolet rays for the photo-sensitive substance coated on the upper layer. To attain such a reflectivity, the amount of the anodized film is controlled preferably to 1.0g/m<2> or more.
