PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of a system obtained by incorporating a specific phosphoric acid ester having a vesicle-forming ability with a certain surfactant and water, and capable of existing stably for a long term. CONSTITUTION:A composition for vesicles obtained by incorporating (A) a phosphoric acid ester of formula I (R1 and R2 are 6-24C hydrocarbon group; M is alkali metal, etc.) with (B) one or two or more surfactants selected from a compound of the formula R3COOM (R3 is 6-36C hydrocarbon group), compounds of formulas II and III, a compound of the formula R3OSO3M, etc. at (100:1)- (100:100) weight ratio between the components (A) and (B), dissolving the resultant mixture in a solvent capable of dissolving both to give 1-50wt%, preferably 5-30wt% concentration, agitating the solution to make it uniform, and removing the solvent. The above-mentioned composition is suspended in water, and then irradiated with ultrasonic waves to give the aimed vesicles. |
