PURPOSE:To select the operating mode of a sliding roof based on a signal from a simple position signal generating means by using a memory means in which the content of memory varies in accordance with a signal from said position signal generating means and substituting this means for a position signal. CONSTITUTION:A command signal generating means consisting of opening and closing switches 11, 12, and tilt-up and tilt-down switches 13, 14, which command the opening and closing, and tilting up and down of a sliding roof, and a position signal generating means consisting of position detecting switches 15, 16 which generate signals in accordance with the position of the sliding roof, are provided. And, a control circuit 17, which is a control means, operates a memory means consisting of FF26, 31 the contents of which varies in response to a position signal from the position signal generating means, and an electric motor driving device mainly consisting of an electric motor 10, so as to select one of each mode of opening and closing and tilting up and down of the sliding roof, in response to the contents of memory of said memory means and signals from both of the signal generating means. |
