PURPOSE:To prevent jolting of door glass due to a negative pressure during running, by providing an extension part formed by extending the one end of the part, on the outer side of a car, of a cover member to the outer surface of a glass holder. CONSTITUTION:A glass run 14 is fixedly engaged with a cover member 12 extended from a door sash. The glass run 14 has inwardly-extending seal lips 14a and 14b and a seal lip 14c, and further has a retainer lip 14d which is located at about the middle part thereof and serves to engage with a projection 12a on a cover member 12 in a manner that it covers the projection. One end of the part, on the outer side of a car, of the cover member 12 is extended to the outer side of a glass holder 16 to form an extension part 12b, and the extension part 12b is forced into slidable contact with the outer surface of a holder 16. This, even if a door glass 15 is swung outward due to a negative pressure during running, causes the extension part 12b to act as a stopper which stops the movement of the holder 16. |
