PURPOSE:To achieve efficient machining of the shape of the wing and also to realize machining without producing burrs, by, after formation of the main body of the wing, separately forming the shroud of the wing edge from the remainder of the material or from other material, and further by welding the shroud fitted to the main body of the wing. CONSTITUTION:Shrouds 25 are placed on both sides of a laminated water 21 so that their lamination will be matched with each other and they are diffusion bonded to form a material 100 for an air-cooled wing. A positioning hole 23 is machined through the shroud 25. Then the material 100 is profile-machined using a wire-cut EDM by threading the electrode for wire cut electric discharge machining from the hole 23 when machining the internal edge, and by approaching the electrode from the outer periphery when machining the outer edge. According to this method, machining of the wing shape can be carried out efficiently without producing burrs. |
