PURPOSE:To secure such a fender as being excellent in load receiving capacity and durability, by forming an elastic lay composed of a resin hardened material, comprising foaming plastic small pieces, in space between a foam core body made up of sticking and laminating polyethylene foaming sheets and an outer cover case of reinforced rubber. CONSTITUTION:An elastic layer 30 is formed in space between a foam core body 10 and an outer cover case 20 and a fender E is thus constituted. The foam core body 10 is made up of sticking and laminating polyethylene foaming sheets, while the outer cover case 20 consists of each of inner and outerrubber layers 21 and 23 of natural rubber or the like and a reinforced cord 22. The elastic layer 30 is one made up of mixing foamed plastic small pieces and beads 30a, against a 100 capacity part, with about 3-25 capacity parts of hardened liquefied resin 30b, and it is filled up in a state of being compressed. There is no fear of producing unevenness such as rumples or the like on a surface of the foam filling fender, thus such a fender as being excellent in load receiving capacity and durability is securable. |
