PURPOSE:To position an insert correctly by a method wherein an insert located in a stepped part of a component hole is pressed onto said part by a positioning means while another insert is pressed onto a force side part of a mold by another positioning means in the mold consisting of a cavity side part and the force side part. CONSTITUTION:When a resin is injected into a mold cavity 3 in the condition that a force side part 2 of a mold is pressed on a cavity side part 1 thereof, a positioning means 19 presses an insert onto the wall surface on the stepped part 14 side of a component hole 13, while a positioning means 20 presses an insert 15 toward the force side part 2 so as to press the insert 15 onto the stepped part 14 of the component hole 13. According to this construction, the position of the insert in the mold cavity 3 does not displace even when the pressure of injection of the resin is applied to the insert 15 in the mold cavity 3 on the occasion of the injection of the resin into the mold cavity 3. |
