A refrigerator includes a freezing compartment (6) and a refrigerating compartment (7) having a duct (13) passing through an insulation layer (4) of the rear wall. A cold air chamber (26) which is formed as an approx. enclosure is provided on the upper portion of the refrigerating compartment with an insulating partition (23). The cold air chamber is arranged with clearances between the side walls of the chamber and those of the refrigerating compartment, as well as between the bottom of the chamber and the insulating partition. Cold air from the cooler is fed into the refrigerating chamber through the holes (27) formed on the partition via cold air passageways (50) prepared outside of the chamber. |
