PURPOSE:To protect the lower separation roll from abrasion by slightly rotating the lower separation roll continually through a rolling member containing a link member and an unilateral latch in accordance to the up/down motion of paper mount table thereby contacting the new outercircumferential face with the upper separation roll at any time. CONSTITUTION:Upon operation of machine mounting a paper feeder, paper mounting table 15 is lowered to push down the rear end 43b of lever 43 through its free end 15a thus to rotate the shaft clockwise. Consequently, a pin 40 is moved to the left through a link 41 thus to roll a rolling member 37 clockwise, and to rotate the lower separation roll 17b secured to the shaft 35 in same direction. While upon piling of paper, said table 15 will lift. Here, the link members 40-43 are rotated counterclockwise by a spring 44, thus to rotate the rolling member 37 in same direction through the pin 40. But since the unilateral clutch is under slippery state, the lower separation roll 17b will niver rotate resulting in contact of new outercircumferential face with the upper separation roll 17a. |
