PURPOSE:To make the cost inexpensive by transmitting automatically time information to a line of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation at a time designated by the operator, receiving a time service signal and recording it to a recorder together with the voice of the operator. CONSTITUTION:When emergency information such as dial 110 is informed via a trunk IB, the operator operates the response key 6 of an operator circuit 5 to start reception and response. Then the command is fed to a talking line connecting section 5c and the voice of an emergency caller reaches a headphone set 4 of the operator and the recorder 3. Moreover, a dial 117 automatic transmitter start signal transmission section 5a commands the dialing of 117 to an automatic transmitter 2. Then the automatic transmitter 2 transmits automatically the number 117 and records the time signal to the recorder 3. |
