PURPOSE:To expand an operation margin even at a low temperature and to reduce the generation of errors by increasing a rotary magnetic field at the start of a magnetic bubble storage device when the temperature rise from the peripheral temperature of the magnetic bubble storage device is lower than a expected value. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 15 is arranged close to the magnetic bubble memory 11 and its resistance value is changed in accordance with the temperature of the memory 11. A thermistor 16 is arranged on the peripheral part of the device so that its resistance value is changed in accordance with the peripheral temperature of the device. Receiving the change of resistance values of the thermistors 15, 16, a control part 13 supplies an output to a switch 14 and turns the switch 14 to the HV side when the temperature rise from the peripheral temperature of the magnetic bubble memory 11 is lower than the expected value. When the temperature rise reaches the expected value or more, the control part 13 turnes on the switch 14 to the LV side. Consequently, approximately 10%- additional current is supplied to a coil for generating the rotary magnetic field and a more powerful rotary magnetic field is generated. |
