<p>After knitting a wrist portion a palm portion is knitted on one group of needles simultaneously with a thumb portion being knitted on another group of needles. Pref. two or three courses are knitted around the base of the finger portions before knitting alternate finger portions simultaneously on each of the two groups of needles. The formation of holes e.g. between the bases of adjacent finger portions is eliminated.</p> |
