<p>Heat exchanger comprises 2 spaced collector pipes connected by an extruded, relatively broad profile fitted with several built-in pipe lines extending from one end of the profile to the other. Each tubular collector has a longitudinal groove at its outside, along which there are several holes at intervals connecting the groove with the interior of the collector. Each end of the profile is arranged along the groove of one of the collectors each of which is held in position by an adhesive sealing tape which extends about the opening of the groove covered by the profile so that a reliable seal is achieved against loss of any fluid flowing between collector and the pipelines in the profile. Used for transferring heat from water circulating in it, to the environment, e.g. for heating buildings, green-houses, or even for direct floor heating. The water may have been heated by solar energy.</p> |
