PURPOSE:To attain a logically precise operation by connecting an exclusive OR circuit between a control circuit and a transfer circuit, and confirming the end of data transfer of one step to send a control signal to a succeeding step. CONSTITUTION:At the time of shift-in, control circuits 5, 6 are actuated and a transfer circuit 10 shifts data by one step by a transfer command signal 13. Since the values before and after the transfer circuit 10 are made equal after completing the shift, the output of the exclusive logical circuit 19 is turned to logical ''0'', a control signal 16 is actuated to shift the control operation to the succeeding step. The operation after the succeeding step and that of the shift-out time are similarly executed and no control signal is sent to the succeeding control circuit unless the end of data transfer of one step is confirmed. If plural strings of data transfer parts exist, the OR of exclusive ORs of respective strings is found out to obtain the output of the exclusive OR circuit. |
