PURPOSE:To raise the durability of steel sheet piles by a method in which a resin- and/or cement mortar-based corrosion-resistant film is provided on the portion to be exposed when fitting and connecting steel sheet piles, and also an aluminium or aluminium alloy flame-coated film is provided on the portion to be hidden when coupling them. CONSTITUTION:A resin- and/or cement mortar-based corrosion-resistant film 2 is provided on the portion to be exposed when fitting and connecting steel sheet piles for a part of whole length or longitudinal direction of one or both sides of a steel sheet pile 1. Furthermore, an aluminium or aluminium alloy flame-coated film 3 is provided on at least the portion adjacent to the corrosion-resistant film 2, among the portions to be hidden when coupling them. |
