The invention refers to a saw, preferably for timber, constructed so that the saw is divided in two parts and that the saw teeth alternate matching one part or the other of the saw. Both parts of the saw are movable so that the cutting effect can bet varied in both parts of the saw. This allows the lateral force in the cut to be affected in the desired manner during sawing. The saw allows stabile straight sawing with a thin blade. Curved sawing can also be done.<IMAGE> |
