PURPOSE:To enable to independently control an attracting force and a propulsive force necessary to rotate guide magnetic bearings by individually controlling the secondary current components of the primary current supplied to armatures and exciting current components. CONSTITUTION:The secondary current component command value obtained by amplifying a deviation between a set speed value and an actual speed value, and an exciting current component command value obtained as the output of a gap length controller B-1 are inputted to calculators 31a-32a, 30b-32b. These calculators calculate the primary current amplitude command value, a phase angle, and a slip frequency. Sinusoidal wave generators 21a, 21b output the primary current command values of power converters 26a, 26b. The primary current command value is applied as the command values of the power converters 26a, 26b, and the primary current to satisfy the secondary current component command value and the exciting current component command value is supplied to armatures 3a, 3b. |
