摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a high frequency leakage from circuit separating parts, by making these circuit separating parts so as to keep a half-sectional, cranklike minute gap in a circuit wall and to be fitted with each other in the circumferential direction, while joining the circumference of this gap airtightly via an insulating ring. CONSTITUTION:An electron gun part 11 emitting hollow electron beam, an electron beam lead-in part 12, a cutoff part 13, a cylindrical resonant cavity part 14, an enlarged taper part 15, a collector electrode part 16, an output part 17, a dielectric output part 18, an electron gun part solenoid 19 of a magnetic field device, a main solenoid 20 giving turning kenetic energy to the electron beam are all installed. Each of circuit separating parts 21 and 22 is installed in an upstream part of the collector electrode 16 and in position nearby the output part 17, while a circuit wall is partitioned in a direction crossing a tubular axis C, then separated in a direct current manner and airtightly coupled by insulating rings 23 and 24. Doing like this, high frequency energy for a basic made and a useless mode is checked against leakage outside from these separating parts, giving electric potential to the circuit wall separately, and a beam current is independently measurable in consequence.
