发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SLIDE BEARING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a highly precise bearing by inserting a metallic cylinder having a concave-convex portion on the inner surface thereof in an injection molding metal mold, leaving space from a cavity wall surface, and injecting resin between the inner peripheral surface of the metallic cylinder and the cavity wall surface under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 forms the outer layer of a slide bearing, which is obtained by cross-cutting a metallic pipe 2. An inner concave-convex surface 3 is formed by rolling with a knurling tool 4. The thus constructed metallic cylinder 1 is inserted in a metal mold 5 leaving space C between the wall surface 6a of a cylindrical cavity 6 and the outer peripheral surface 1a of the metallic cylinder 1. Fused resin is injected between the concave-convex surface 3 and the wall surface 6a of the cavity 6 under high pressure, and the metallic cylinder 1 is expanded to the wall surface 6a of the cavity 6, to form a resin cylinder 7 as a slide contact layer on the concave-convex surface 3.
