PURPOSE:To keep rigidity along the longitudinal direction of a conduit and its flexibility, consistently with each other, by winding spirally many synthetic resin shielding wires which contain reinforcement, as they touch closely each other, around the outer circumference of a flexible inner tube made of synthetic resin moreover, by forming a covering layer made of synthetic resin on the outer circumference of the said shielding wires. CONSTITUTION:Around the outer circumference of an inner tube 1, many shielding wires 2 which are made of synthetic resin containing reinforcement, are wound spirally as they touch closely each other, with relatively long pitch along the longitudinal direction of the inner tube 1. Then, on the outer circumference of the shielding wires 2, a covering layer 3 made of synthetic resin is formed. Polyethylene terephthalate or polyacetal, or other material, which has high antiwear quality, low coefficient of friction, and proper flexibility, is suitable as a material of the inner tube 1, because the inner surface 4 of the inner tube 1 is slided directly against the inner cable 5. As a material of the shielding wires 2, unsaturated polyester resin or phenol resin, etc. is suitable. |
