PURPOSE:To discharge foreign matter storing in the flow-in port easily by providing a projection projecting eccentrically from the center of rotary shaft into the flow-in port at the side for applying a packing of the rotary shaft screwed into a water supply/drainage body. CONSTITUTION:A projection 21 projecting eccentrically from the center of rotary shaft into a flow-in port 12 is provided at the side for applying a packing 16 of the rotary shaft 15. In order to remove foreign matter, the rotary shaft 15 is rotated with a knob 20 to open the portion sealed by a packing 16 while at the same time, the projection 21 will also rotate to agitate foreign matter in said port 12. Upon rotation of rotary shaft 15 several times to the right/left, foreign matter accumulated in said port 12 is separated through agitation of said projection 21 then pushed out by water or hot water entering into said port 12 and discharged through the flow-out port 13. |
