This machine is composed of a hydraulic motor unit connected, via two separate pipes which are themselves connected to two containers for two substances forming the mixture resin, to a tubular injection system 1 which can be inserted removably into the crack 2 of a structure 3, the mixing of the substances only taking place during their common delivery into the system 1 under the control of the motor unit. Application in particular to flexible sealing plugs in structural concrete constructions having groundwater watertightness defects. <IMAGE>
