Adaptable helmet for different sized heads

The adaptable crash helmet has an outer shell and inner lining which has recesses to take different sized padding elements so that the helmet can match the shape of the wearer's head. The inner lining (2) around the forehead and neck area comprises individual pieces which can be replaced individually separately from each other to regulate the inflow and outflow of the ventilating air. The spaces around the forehead and neck area provide an effective air exchange over the entire head.
