PURPOSE:To simulate a control program under a condition which is very close to the actual condition, by executing a prescribed process when the count value of a time counting means becomes a value corresponding to time information in accordance with a prescribed command. CONSTITUTION:When a program controlling section 10 makes access to an I/O control executing section 12 aiming at a special I/O controlling program section 14, a cycle counter 3 is counted up in accordance with the machine cycle of instruction execution. The I/O control executing section 12 processes the responding time or the time for making the next operation of a device to be simulated, such as virtual device, function circuit, etc., by referring to the column of the count value of the cycle counter 3 in a data table 20 when the program process of the special I/O controlling program section 14 is executed and stops actual I/O operation, etc., by making waiting operations until the cycle counter 3 indicates the value, and then, realizes data implementation or data input-output operations. |
