PURPOSE:To obtain an inkjet head which enables a stable ink jetting by forming plurality of piezo-electric elements simply by working a slit on one piezoelectric plate. CONSTITUTION:Zones 16a-16j are formed with a slit 17 on one piezo-electric plate corresponding to pressure chambers 12 and a conductive thin film 18 is formed thereon to serve as electrode. The slit 17 is worked by a diamond cutter or the like so that the zones 16a-16j each have at least a common section of the piezo-electric plate with the thickness (t) thereby improving the positional accuracy between piezoelectric elements and the pressure chambers 12. |
