PURPOSE:To attain the transition to the continuous assembling system and the manufacture of a vibrator over a wide frequency range by adopting the structure that a couple of channel-shaped conductor frames mounted on both sides of a vibrator mounting board are connected by a bridge in advance. CONSTITUTION:A couple of channel-shaped forming parts 13 are connected continuously by the bridges 11 in the frame 10 so as to maintain the interval of the channel-shaped forming parts to a prescribed value. The frame 10 is made of a thin raw plate of a material such as copper or phosphorous bronze by applying several number of times of press-punching or bending processing. After the frame is fitted to the vibrator mounting board 3 made of ceramic as shown in Fig., the bridges 11 are cut off and the vibrator 1 is fixed to a supporting face 12 by a conductive adhesives. The cut-off part 14 of the bridge 11 is cut off depending on the length of energy confinement of the vibrator 1 in this case. Then each element is cut off by laser. Thus, the purpose is attained. |
