PURPOSE:To improve both diagnosis and treatment capacity and mutual reliability between a dentist and a paitient by performing an examination and the treatment to the patient at every mouth and using a computers for data on the treatment and business affairs. CONSTITUTION:The diagnosis for the mouth of a received patient is carried out to the patient at every mouth (1). The examination data are written to a mouth examination list and also copied to an examination/treatment record (2). The examination data is fed to a computer and the data analyzed by the computer are printed out (3). The data analyzed by the computer are printed out to a mouth dock examination report and an itemized sheet for the charge estimate of the treatment (4). Counsel is given to a patient which explaining data (5). An original patient's chart is produced by a computer and the treatment is started. At the same time, a daily examination/treatment record card is produced by a computer and informed to an accounting section together with a dental technician control chart (6). The patient's chart of complete recovery is printed out (7). The itemized sheet for the examination/treatment fee is produced by a computer (8). In such a way, the integrated treatment processing is attained. |
