发明名称 INSIDE PRESSURE REGULATING MECHANISM OF FUEL INJECTION PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable constantly sufficient supply of fuel by providing an inside pressure regulating mechanism which can maintain the constant effect of the inside pressure of a fuel injection pump on the supply of the pump for a rotary distribution member with the controlled quantity of fuel at the controlled injection timing. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel injection pump containing a rotary distribution member whose turning motion has a timed relation with an engine and discharging fuel, needed for injection at the completion of fuel injection, from a spill passage to the low pressure range 22 of a pump body 21, the fuel discharged to the low pressure range 22 runs through an inside pressure regulating discharge valve 100. Thereafter, a part of the fuel is sent to a fuel tank 1 while the other part thereof passes through a discharge passage 101 and is fed to the inlet side of a supply oil pump. The discharge valve 100 has a spindle 104 which is pushed up against a spring 102 when the revolution speed of the pump is increased to increase the displacement of fuel, and has a discharge port 105 successively communicated with discharge circumferential grooves 106 and 107 as the spindle 104 becomes higher.
