摘要 A supporting part (3) having a recess (7) in the form of a trough is used to hold a detector (2) and an optical waveguide (optical fibre cable) (4) which ends in front of the detector. The optical waveguide (4) which is accommodated in a metal sleeve (10) is guided with the metal sleeve (10) through a first hole (9) in the supporting part (3) into the recess (7), the stripped fibre core (11) ending in a second hole (12) which is opposite the first hole (9). The metal sleeve (10) and optical waveguide (4) are embedded in the supporting part (3) by means of solder (14) which fills the recess (7), while the detector (2) is fixed to the supporting part outer wall, in front of the end of the fibre core. The supporting part (3), which can be preinstalled separately, is mounted on a baseplate (5), which is constructed as an enamelled printed circuit board, of the detector housing. The edge (20) of the covering cap (6) of the detector housing is connected in a gas-tight manner to the baseplate (5) by means of soldering or welding. The metal sleeve (10), which projects laterally out of the hole (19) in the covering cap (6), is likewise connected in a gas-tight manner to the covering cap, as a result of which the detector (2) is hermetically encapsulated. <IMAGE>
