PURPOSE:To make fuel injection timing settable at will, by installing a control valve, being opened by hydraulic pressure against a spring, in a fuel oil passage interposingly between a pressure accumulator, which accumulates fuel oil out of a high pressure pump under pressure, and a fuel valve of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Fuel oil discharged out of a high pressure pump 4 being driven by an engine or an electric motor is fed to a fuel valve 6 via an accumulator 7 and a control valve 10, while fuel out of the said valve 6 is constituted so as to be sprayed to an engine combustion chamber in design. The control valve 10 is housed inside a body 101 free of slide motion for a spool 102 and energized toward a hydraulic chamber 104 in the lower part by dint of a spring 103. And, the hydraulic chamber 104 is interconnected to a hydraulic pressure source 11 via a solenoid valve 12 to be opened because of being energized with current as well as to an oil reservior 13 via a solenoid valve 14 to be opened because of being energized with current, respectively. Each of these solenoid valves 12 and 14 is energized with current and controlled by a control circuit 16 via a driving circuit 15 on the basis of a detection signal of engine speed. |
