To make a safer removal operation from plastic bottles more precise for liquid or pasty substances, avoiding faulty spilling of the contents of the bottle or soiling the surroundings of the application, and to guarantee immediate readiness of the bottle for removal, the two-way rising pipe will be used integrated subsequently in commercially available closure devices, screwed or pressed as a construction unit (closure and dispensing device including two-way rising pipe) onto commercially available plastic bottles, or as an integrated design feature which is already taken into account in the bottle design.
