Antenna as absorbing chaff

摘要

As a measure against the locating of objects by means of electromagnetic waves (for example by radar), an antenna in the form of an absorbing chaff is proposed which is constructed as geometrically closed structure, preferably as a ring of thin poorly conducting nonmetallic fibre and the major dimensions of which are within the range of 1-10 mm.
<??>This makes it possible to remove (render invisible) objects located behind a cloud of absorbing chaff from being located by radar waves.
