The invention relates to an arrangement for the connection of different components of a gas system, especially of gas lines for ventilators and anaesthetic machines. In order to obtain an arrangement which is easy to service, comparatively small and simple, and hence cheap, to produce, the invention proposes a block in which there is provided a multiplicity of channels (e.g. 19, 24, 25, 29) at least some of which are connected with one another, and that the outputs of the channels (e.g. 19, 24, 25, 29) are provided with connections (e.g. 20, 32, 36, 39) for the corresponding components (e.g. 31, 33, 38). <IMAGE>
