PURPOSE:To know a copy size obtained by an electrophotographic copying machine which feeds paper after selecting one of sheet cassettes containing sheets of transfer paper of various size by displaying the paper size with a size signal fed from the selected sheet cassette. CONSTITUTION:Either a upper stage cassette 26-1 or a lower stage cassette 26-2 is selected and transfer paper is supplied. The size of the transfer paper stored in the selected cassette is displayed on the console panel on the top surface of a copying machine by turning on a lamp on the basis of the size signal fed from the cassette in addition to the selection of cassette. When transfer paper in wrong size is selected is found by calculating the correct side from the original size and magnification, the lamp corresponding to the correct size is flashed to accelerate the change of selection of the upper or lower cassette or the change of magnification. |
