<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent resin film which is securely dyed and maintains the spectral transmission characteristic without deterioration in the succeeding stage by treating the cured resin film in an aq. soln. contg. Al or Cr ion prior to or simultaneously with dyeing of the cured resin film formed on a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting resin film which is bichromated gelatin or the like formed on a base plate is exposed and developed to form a cured resin into a mosaic shape or the like in order to manufacture a colored resin film of a color filter for the photodetecting part of a color image pickup device. The resin film is treated in an aq. soln. contg. Al ion or Cr ion at 0.001-1.0M concn. and is then immersed in a dyeing bath consisting of a cyan acidic dye or is dyed in the same dyeing bath contg. the above-mentioned ion. The colored resin film obtd. in the above-mentioned way does not elute the fixed dye in the succeeding rinsing stage and maintains the spectral transmission characteristic without deterioration in a treating stage for preventing color staining. The excellent filter is thus obtd.</p> |
