Provided in a container lid is a slide which can be pushed out of the container lid. Said slide has a number of metering chambers into which granular material can drop when the container is in an inverted position and the slide is closed. When the slide is pushed out of the container lid, the metering elements are pushed out of the respective metering opening, as a result of which the metering chambers are exposed towards the outside. The metering chambers provided are positioned in such a way that the user can selectively deliver the entire quantity present within the metering element or only a part thereof.
