PURPOSE:To enable a working machine to travel with a small drive power, by pivotally attaching levers to a vehicle body in the vicinity of the spinning machine frame side, and as well by pivotally attaching an axle carrying at its both ends two wheels, to each lever. CONSTITUTION:A link mechanism 8 is composed of three levers comprising levers 12, 13 attached to an axle 1 and a lever 16 linked between the bottom surface of a vehicle 3 and an attaching ring 17. When the bottom surface GL comes upto the level GL1, a wheel 4 is lifted up so that a working machine 2 is inclined toward a spinning machine about a fitting section between a guide roller 5 and a guide rail 6. When the vehicle body 3 is inclined, a detector 3 detects this condition to actuate a hydraulic cylinder 19 so that a swingable lever 8 is swung to vertically move the wheel 1 for controlling the travelling attitude of the vehicle body. |
