PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of a booster piston and a valve cylinder and improve economic efficiency by inserting the valve cylinder into an insertion hole on a booster piston made of steel plates and locking the flange of the valve cylinder through a locking plate by a locking hook formed onto the booster piston. CONSTITUTION:A valve-cylinder inserting hole 41 is formed onto a booster piston 5 formed of thin steel plates. The body 44 of a valve cylinder 14 is inserted into the insertion hole 41, and a flange 45 for preventing the slip-off of the valve cylinder is positioned inside the reinforcing rib 42 of the piston 5 and superposed with the booster piston 5. The cap part 51 of a locking plate 50 is freely fitted onto a short cylinder part 47, and the locking part 54 of the locking plate 50 is locked with a locking hook 43 formed by cutting and pulling-up on the piston 5. Therefore, the flange 54 for preventing the slip-off of the valve cylinder 14 is locked between the locking plate 50 and the booster piston 5, and the valve cylinder 14 can be incorporated onto the booster piston 5. |
