PURPOSE:The titled resin composition having low melt index, tensile elongation ratio, etc. even by irradiation, and improved irradiation resistance, obtained by blending PP or an ethylene-propylene copolymer with diallyl(iso)phthalate. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. PP or ethylene-propylene copolymer (preferably random copolymer) is blended with (B) 0.05-2pts.wt. diallyl(iso)phthalate, to give the desired resin composition. USE:Medical tools and food packaging materials requiring radiation sterilization, materials related to atomic power, etc. |
