PURPOSE:To obtain a reproduced picture having a sufficient transmission concentration by providing the first recording mode for a reflective component part to be recorded and the second recording mode for a photopermeable component part to be recorded and carrying out recording in either of the corresponding mode. CONSTITUTION:A recording head is driven by a clockphi moving at a fixed period to discharge ink droplets to the surface of a component part to be recorded. In an ordinary paper recording mode, the head is driven every three pulses of the clockphi (time T1, T2, T3...). In the meantime, in a film recording mode, printing is carried out an T1, T2, T3... and at the same time, printing is performed at T1', T2', T3'... As a result, dots D1', D2', D3'... are printed in such a way that these dots overlap dots D1, D2, D3... Thus ink is discharged twice to the same picture element and it is possible to obtain a reproduced picture at almost the same transmission concentration as that of an ordinary paper against film. |
