PURPOSE:To ensure the separation and supply of parts by providing a irregular portion for supplying very thin film-like parts one by one in a holding section of a supply unit of said parts and a resistance section in a housing section. CONSTITUTION:Parts 13 to be supplied are guided by a guide shaft 17 and laminated on a carrier plate 18. On the other hand, a jig 22b formed on an elastic body and provided in a portion of a holding section 15 corresponding to an adsorbing surface is constituted integrally with a holder 22a to have adsorbing holes 30, and connected to a hose 31 and its coupling 32 for supplying vacuum and compressed air. The jig 22b is provided on the adsorbing surface 22c with an irregular portion 33 which maintain a certain force balanced with a spring 19 provided in a housing section by a press force in the adsorption to maintain a planer condition when the irregular portion adsorbs the parts 13. For example, even if two or more parts 13 are adsorbed attached closely to each other by barrier static electricity on a metal mold or the like, shear is produced between the respective layers so that two or more parts 13 are caught by a resistance section X and thus only one part is adsorbed on the jig 22b. |
